New Knobs = More Money

When you are getting ready to sell your house, one of the things that you can do to help get more money is to put new knobs on the doors.  Here are some reasons why new knobs can really make a difference:

• Clean – One of the reasons why they make a difference is because they are clean. With so many people touching the door knob, it tends to get grimy.
• Shiny – The second reason that it makes a difference is because they are shiny, especially if they are made of brass.  Again, this is because this is the part of the door that is touched the most and it can get dull over time.
